The Manila Ecclesiastical Province School Systems Association (MaPSA) celebrated its commitment to mission-driven leadership through the 4th HR Summit, gathering HR practitioners, school leaders, and Academic and NTP Department Heads from member institutions for professional formation, collaborative learning, and faith-centered dialogue.
Organized by the Commission on Human Resources Management and Development (MaPSA CHRMD), the summit was held on February 5–6, 2026, at the 8th Floor St. Charles Borromeo Auditorium of San Felipe Neri Catholic School, Mandaluyong City. Anchored on the theme “MISSION-DRIVEN HR: Grace, Mission, Renewal & Commitment (GMRC),” the event highlighted the pivotal role of human resources as a ministry within Catholic education—rooted in Gospel values and dedicated to serving school communities with both commitment and mission-driven leadership.
The two-day gathering integrated spiritual nourishment and professional development, featuring Eucharistic celebrations, keynote speeches, leadership formation sessions, legal and financial briefings, workplace wellness discussions, and workshops on performance evaluation and synodality. Participants from MaPSA systems—including DOPES, KADSA, MaDICSA MaPSA, MAES, MOPSS, PaDSS, RCAMES, and RCBNES—as well as CEAP partner schools, engaged in collaborative learning, reflecting a shared dedication to mission-driven HR leadership.
The summit provided a platform to strengthen mission-driven leadership across Catholic education, achieving an overall evaluation rating of 3.75/4.00, affirming the quality and impact of the program.
