MAPSA CIE DIALOGUE 2026

In the spirit of synodality and shared mission, the MaPSA Commission on Integral Evangelization (CIE) convenes its Christian Formation leaders, Campus Ministers, Pastoral Ministers, and Dialogue Coordinators for a reflective dialogue on the Apostolic Letter Drawing New Maps of Hope by Pope Leo XIV, written in celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Conciliar Declaration Gravissimum Educationis.

As Catholic educators in the Manila Ecclesiastical Province, we are called not only to teach but also to accompany, witness, and evangelize. The evolving landscape of Philippine education—with its diverse learner contexts, cultural shifts, and emerging pastoral concerns—challenges MaPSA schools to renew their commitment to inclusivity and integral formation.

Grounded in the Church’s mission and MaPSA’s vision of forming Christ-centered communities, this dialogue seeks to strengthen our collective response to the needs of young learners—especially those who feel least seen, least represented, or least accompanied. Through prayerful reflection, shared learning, and collaborative discernment, the MaPSA CIE Dialogue becomes a space to nurture a future where every learner feels welcomed, valued, and empowered to grow in faith and humanity.

Objectives of the Dialogue:

  • Equip leaders and ministers with renewed insights on inclusive Catholic education.
  • Promote collaboration among MaPSA schools in addressing the spiritual, pastoral, and educational needs of students.
  • Explore practical applications of the Apostolic Letter in local educational settings.
